All translations are performed to the best of my knowledge. However, I do not accept any responsibility for any effects of my work, any damages, neither directly nor indirectly, resulting from misunderstandings or errors in my translation. It is strongly recommended to have all translations checked by a person who are fluent in the target language as well as a qualified professional in the actual field of expertise.

I do not provide certified translations.

By submitting the text for translation, the client assume all responsibility for the right to do so, the legality of the text, and the intended future use of the text. Lars S Rasmussen or Proyecto Aquiza SL  can, in no way, be held responsible for any legal or copyright issue resulting from our work.

All work is performed on the basis of an agreed fixed price or agreed rate per word and agreed payment terms. None of these issues are negotiable after delivery; in case of errors in my work,  the translation will be corrected until the client is fully satisfied, but adjustments in pricing or terms are not accepted.

I remain the holder of copyright for the translation until payment has been made in full.
